If you are not satisfied with Justis, for example because you have been given incorrect information or feel that a Justis employee has not treated you properly, you may lodge a complaint.

- Always include your address, telephone number and possibly email address in the letter.
- State the reference or case number if known.
- If you are lodging the complaint on behalf of a private-sector organisation, include your own name in the letter as well.
If you disagree with the outcome of your complaint
If you are not satisfied with how Justis handled your complaint or with the outcome, you may lodge a complaint with the National Ombudsman.
